Moving to a new machine should not be a scary experience, so why not let TecRes help? With our variety of setup options we can have your new computer setup and ready to use with hopefully only a minimal amount of hassle and significantly less stress and inconvenience.

Option 1 - If you choose an option one our engineers will install and configure windows with the latest patches and updates onto your brand new computer. We will install any purchased software and hardware such as virus protection, web browsers, Microsoft Office and printer software. This means that when you get started on your computer all the tricky updating and setup has been done for you, you can turn it on and go.

Option 2 - If you choose an option two our engineers will do everything they would as part of an option one. They will also transfer all data, shortcuts, emails, settings across to your brand new computer. That way everything looks just a little more familiar to you and everything you know and love is where it has always been, easy to find and making the new computer experience a whole lot easier for you. THIS OPTION REQUIRES YOUR OLD MACHINE TO BE BROUGHT INTO OUR STORE AND LEFT WITH US FOR SETUP.

Option 3 - If you choose an option three, our engineers will do everything in an option one and an option two. They will also attend site at your home/business and have your computer all setup and working. This can include connecting up printers, connecting to your network as well as help you understand your new setup and lay out. We can give a brief explanation about how to use the system and some of the changes that you may encounter as well as help you feel happy and familiar with your new computer. THIS OPTION REQUIRES YOUR MACHINE TO BE BROUGHT TO OUR STORE, IT WILL THEN BE BROUGHT BACK TO YOU AS PART OF THE ONSITE SETUP. This options is also dependent on your location.

Once we receive your order we will contact you to arrange the setup, programs required and what you need us to do.
